Diamond Head Sands

Dan Gomez is the property resident manager at the DHS.  He has done a wonderful job in the property.  You can always count on Dan to give you updates on what is going on.  The property has been kept very well and we are so proud to be owners.  Ever since he took over the Mgmt. position the place has been kept up and things are looking great.  What a wonderful feeling to have Dan there to control the safety of our tenants and properties.  He is very friendly; he goes above and beyond for the tenants and owners very trustworthy.  He has an open door if you ever have any question, I am so grateful to have a chance to being able to work with Dan.  I know if there is anything wrong going on I can always count on Dan to give me a ring and advise me on what is going on, on our units.When the HOA hire Dan they finally got the right man for the job.Thank you, Dan, for the job well done.

We lived here for a year and had an excellent incredible experience. The amenities are great and the location is prime. Since they're condos, the condition of each unit varies. The overall condition of the premises are very well kept though. The common areas are extremely clean and we're definitely gonna miss the pool. Dan Gomez is the glue that holds it all together. He is professional, a great communicator, and always keeps us residents as his priority. He is the perfect property manager and an even better person. I swear he works nonstop to keep this place in great shape. We will miss this beautiful place and Dan was a big reason why!

I honestly loved my time at the Diamond Head sands. Dan, the property manager on site is an absolutely amazing human and go above and beyond for the tenants that live there. The only reason I didn't give it a full five star review is because the unit I lived in was pretty outdated in terms of flooring and overall decor of the interior and appliances. The location is prime if you're active and love to get out of the house but great if you like quite nights too. The school next door isn't even that loud or annoying. Just a few light sounding bells and children laughing. Thanks for all your help Dan!

I've known Dan Gomez, the condo manager at Diamond Head Sands for 4 years.  Dan does everything but sit on his okole ( butt) because he is always busy maintaining the property and addressing a multitude of tasks including handling complaints, safety and rules issues and I've seen him juggle several things at once.     Dan is always kind, considerate and a good listener who goes the extra mile to help renters and owners in the complex.  I've seen people go to him for quarters for the laundry or for company because they are feeling lonely.     I had the building manager from hell when I lived in another building up the street on Kanaina Avenue. That guy, Thor White loves to write citations and confront and intimidate renters because they are vulnerable.  I was miserable there.     But once we moved to Diamond Head Sands, renting became a pleasure because we knew that all we had to do was call Dan and he would make all things right.     Recently, I had to move but I'll always remember what a great friend and manager Dan Gomez is.  Diamond Head Sands is lucky to have him.  Any condo would be lucky to have him.He's the best manager in all of Diamond Head.I will miss seeing his smile everyday.
