Glass Guru is an exceptionally competent and customer oriented vendor. Had an apartment renovated with many dofferent vendors including Glass Guru for two custom glass doors for showers. The doors are gorgeous and friends who visit note how lovely they are with the rain pattern. From initial contact and estimate by owner Guerric, to scheduling the job with Kaiulani to actual install, every aspect was friendly, efficient, and satisfying. I have recommended this vendor to others in my luxury complex and without hesitation to all of you.

Unprofessional Handling of Antique Mirror Repair My experience with Glass Guru was deeply unsatisfactory. Contacting them to schedule a repair for my antique French Baroque mirror was an ordeal, requiring four separate calls due to a receptionist who was unaccommodating and indifferent. The final outcome was even more disheartening. The frame of my mirror was returned with noticeable damage: chunks of the intricate plasterwork were chipped off, leaving its ornate beauty marred and its value diminished. I have attached photos of the damage to illustrate the extent of the neglect. This lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable. The receptionist provided no explanation or remedial assistance, further demonstrating the company's disregard for customer satisfaction and the preservation of antique items. I advise caution to those considering Glass Guru for their restoration needs.
