I use them for service on our pool. Ryan is very knowledgeable and available when we needed him. Had a few issues before a party, and he was able to schedule us in and fix the problem so we could still have our pool party with our kids.

We hired cannon to open and winterize our pool two years ago. Last year we needed a new heater and cannon ordered and installed the new unit. After only two month the unit started leaking and Ryan ordered a new one under our warranty. The replacement also broke down only a few weeks later. Ryan had not returned our calls, emails or texts and has been non responsive since last fall. We called another company who sent us a Jandy person to inspect the unit. It turns out that he never installed the check pressure valve with the new unit as stated in the Jandy manual . He removed the old one when he removed the old heater and failed to install one with the new one which caused the heater to malfunction and is not covered under warranty. We are out over 4k since we are now forced to buy a new heater . Do not trust this company. Ryan is not returning our calls and not taking responsibility. We are beyond upset and warn everyone to stay away from this company. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Swimming pool summerization, Winterization

Ive used cannonball pools for years to open close and service my pool and theyve always done a great job. Ryan and his team are very knowledgeable and polite.
