        Good response from the young lady who took my call. the person who returned my call as contractor informed me that replacing my vinyls could not be done. The reason was ambiguous. Hung up on me before I could clearly identify why and ask more questions.

        Great experience from office visit through installation of the EZE Breeze porch enclosure. Our salesman, John Decker, offered us various options and was very thorough explaining the products available to us. Installers arrived on time, did a great installation job and left the work area neat and clean. Highly recommended.
