I called the evening prior to get an oil change and studded tires. Dropped vehicle off at 7AM the following day and both requests were complete by noon. Considering the season, this turnaround was greatly appreciated as most places require appointments 2+ weeks out. Will definitely use these folks again.

Two problems we had after having tire town install our tires. The pressure sensors mysteriously stopped working and every time we took our vehicle to the car wash the wheel weights blew off, they said it happens all the time and charged us to replace them. Explained the issue to Alyeska tire and they got the weights to stick better but sensors prob need to be replaced. -To address the response, Yes we brought the vehicle to calibrate the pressure sensors three times and every time I get In the vehicle to drive I am reminded. I did just call to discuss the issue and was told that their calibration tool doesnt work well with European cars. He also said he would report my review as hostile and not to bring back my vehicle when I told him I would quote him on that. I think if you guys could fix the issue you would have by the third time? I was not threatening or hostile on the phone or in this response, that is not my style. This is what happened after having Tiretown mounted and balanced my new tires. I am still willing to edit the or delete the review if they pay for repair/calibration from BMW.
