1 year later 20 k on attorneys fees, for nothing, decided to change attorneys....divorced in 3 months. I wouldnt recommend

Why is he allowed to continiue practicing as an attorney? For every few that posts a review there is probably 10 that don't post but had to deal with his unprofessional behavior and unethical practice but is afraid to go up against an attorney or have the money to go against him.

Absolutely under any circumstances do not hire this guy to handle your family case! I wish I had read reviews before I hired him. My consultation with him took place in his office at 8:30 PM, right after I had been served with divorce papers. He promised the world, and I paid him $5000 retainer and $500 consultation fee. That night was the last I heard from him. Also, he puts in his retainer that "it is earned upon receipt" so basically he reserves the right to do nothing for you, which is what he does. I had another attorney trying to help me recuperate my money from him, but he is a lazy shark. He will take advantage of people with no thought to what is right and moral. Believe me, if you hire him, you will live to regret it! Look him up first, please, and see how many complaints he has with the Florida Bar Association! I don't even know why this guy is still allowed to practice! Somebody should put him in jail, he does not deserve the right to call himself an attorney, he is the worst type of human being!
