Agent named Bijan refused to show us a listing he was the listing agent for because I have a friend who may write and offer letter for us. We are technically unrepresented and he lost out on a potential buyer for his client on the Alta Hills property. Would never let him list my home if he is turning down buyers.

Agent representing Chapman Richards caused a saler to loose a large amount of funds because they would not entertain more then one offer at a time. Also causing a buyer to loose a home.
Yes I have paperwork to back up my complaint.
There are many realators availble be sure to choose wisely!!!

Sue Mark was our realtor and she was literally amazing. She is so knowledgeable about houses she made us feel like we had a contractor looking with us. We were very particular during the process but Sue never lost her drive to help us. She is very responsive and even helped us a ton after we bought our house. I seriously cannot overstate how good she is at every aspect of her job (and then some). Please, do yourself a favor and work with Sue--you will thank your lucky stars.
