Outstanding service for completely custom honeymoon! We needed assistance planning a 16 day trip in Italy that involved 5 different stays in various locations throughout the country and Donna and the Hinsdale Travel team planned a flawless trip with seamless logistics and excellent accommodations / activities all within the bounds of our intended budget. Donna was incredibly responsive and planned the custom trip of our dreams!

Donna at Hinsdale Travel is the best when it comes to travel arrangements. We took a trip Mexico and Donna was a pleasure to work with from the get go. She provided us with many options to choose from and then found the best deal she could along with handling all every aspect of the trip so we just had to show up and enjoy! Her detailed instructions made us feel safe and comfortable and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing we were in good hands if there were any issues (which there weren't). She also just booked a trip for my son and 7 of his friends to Cancun and because all of the arrangements were made by Donna, I was able to rest peacefully at night knowing his trip would be a success. They had a great time and all of us would use Donna again for any travel arrangements!

We recently returned from a trip to San Francisco and a land/ocean cruise to Hawaii. Had a great time in San Francisco and Hawaii! Our land tour of Oahu was great. We had the best tour guide for those three days! He was personable, went above and beyond helping us with places to go and see on the islands and he took us to places not on the tour, just so we could see them. Always talking and telling us things about the island and places of interest. He had us all singing Elvis songs and Christmas carols. He was with Polynesian Adventures. The Hilton Waikiki Village Resort hotel was out of this world! Our room was so large, it was almost like a suite and we had a great ocean view. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the staff very friendly. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from right on the property. The ocean was beautiful and every Friday night they have fireworks that only lasted for three minutes, but they were spectacular! We then boarded the Pride of America cruise ship with NCL. We took excursions in Maui, the big island (Hilo and Kona) and then on to Kauai. Had great tour guides on all the excursions. We have used Donna at Hinsdale Travel Service since 2008. All of our trips have been great. Air, Hotel, transfers, and all else needed for a vacation have been arranged by her and we have never encountered a problem. We have booked cruises, (NCL, Royal Caribbean and Viking) and vacations to resorts In FL/CA. Very professional in everything she does. I highly recommend this travel agency. You won't be disappointed. We have used Donna at Hinsdale Travel Service since 2008. All of our trips have been great. Travel, Hotel, transfers, and all else needed for a vacation have been arranged by her and we have never encountered a problem.
