John and gay and their crew treated us like royalty on our visit to Happy acres RV resort. The property is spotless and convenient. It has big wide sites with concrete pads and that is important for us and the doggies. The dog park was well maintained. The store has some essentials for us. It is near I-95.

My family was warmly welcomed upon arrival by all of the staff. We had a kind man help back us into our spot, the same one who helped me get some packages over to our site with a golf cart ride since I walked over. Every time we reach out via email, we get a kind and quick response. We love the laundry, gym and pirate ship playground! The only thing missing for us is free or pay by the week/ month wifi. But I understand because most guests are long term. We just really loved our stay! Oh, and beyond exceptional event for easter that was so much fun to attend!
Nearby activities: Restaurants abound. Near post. Also easy drive to Savannah, Richmond Hill and Jesup as well as many beaches.
Safety: Felt safe here. Quiet neighbors, nice staff.
Walkability: You can easily walk to the office/ front shop, laundry, gym and playground. Gas station very close.

I stayed in an Airbnb for over a year at Happy Acres and I had no problems with the staff, etc. The maintenance crew responded very promptly to fix very minor problems that came up.
Safety: There were a few nights wherein I was very tired from work and forgot to lock my vehicle door as well as the front door and I didnt lose anything.

As a family traveling from New Jersey, weve found a true gem in RV Spot #63. Initially planning for a short stay, weve now extended our visit for a couple of weeks and are seriously considering staying even longer. The amenities offered here create a little haven within the RV park. From the well-equipped gym to the dog park where our furry friend can roam freely, every aspect caters to our needs. The laundry facilities are a lifesaver, the playground keeps our spirits high, and the surrounding nature adds a touch of tranquility to our stay. A special shoutout to Cassey for her exceptional support throughout our time here. Without her assistance, our experience wouldnt have been as seamless. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place, especially if youre planning an extended stay. Its more than just a stopover; its a home away from home.

This is a great place to live after being here 2 yrs. A very nice place to raise a family and it has a positive community experience. Very quiet and safe.
