I have done business with this company several times over the past 30 years and have had no problems or concerns. The work done has been prompt, complete, and fairly priced. The people have been pleasant, knowlegeable and reliable.

I had JC Johnson do my inspection on a home I was going to purchase. The gentelman Caleb inspected the well and septic was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how the system worked and pointed out concerns that was seen. He was not in a rush and answered the questions that I had. I never experienced such great service and would recommend using JC Johnson for your well and septic inspections.

jc johnson was a life saver! we had a failing system and was ready to use another septic company but decided to get a quote from this company and are so glad we did! our previous septic company even offered us a discount to leave a bad review for jc johnson which seemed shady to me ( which was iveys septic ) ... richard sure does know his stuff, he handled all the details and was super about keeping us informed on what to expect next ( even answering questions for us while on his family vacation)... i would not hesitate to recommend this company... top notch!

I am a local Licensed Plumber and Certified Septic Contractor in the Triangle area. These are the guys that I always recommend to my customers for pumping out tanks for over 16 years. I have sent literally 100's of customers to JC Johnson. Why? Because I trust them NOT to rip the customer off. They have always shown up when they said they would. Cleaned the tank all the way to bottom and cleaned the filter. Never over charging or try to sell the customer something they didn't need. I even trusted them enough NOT to try to steal my customer from me. JC Johnson has told some of my customers that additional work my be needed other than just pumping their tanks out. JC Johnson told the customer to call my company back to have that work done. Truly Honest people. I am posting a review because I saw reviews here that were negative and untrue about this Company. It was totally out of character of how the J C Johnson operates. Try them. Its worth the phone call.

we just had a new system placed and it was a bit complex per the state/county and Richard took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable through out the entire process. we would definitely recommend jc johnson septic, they were our second opinion but our first choice!..... thanks for all your help richard!
