I was referred there by primary Dr after 6 months of foot pain. After asking me some questions, he determined I had a food allergy and referred me to a nutritionist?! (This after asking me some questions and not getting any imaging). Two months more of limping around in pain, and hopping a small ditch with EXCRUCIATING pain, PRIMARY Dr ordered an MRI which showed complete full thickness tear of Peroneus Longus tendon now requiring reconstructive foot surgery. If Gauntt had given any thought and/or prescribed the MRI when I went there initially, the full thickness tear would not have happened yet and could have been more easily repaired vs. what the surgeon will have to do now. DO NOT GO to Gauntt. He doesnt care and/or is clueless.

Dr Gauntt took care of my husbands feet and did a great job of cleaning them and cutting the nails on his feet.

Unfortunately Dr Gauntt is a scam artist and his receptionists have the personality and customer service skills of a wet paper bag. He botched my tendon lengthening procedure and left my toe disfigured, in constant pain, and unable to bend ever again. He would not even come to the phone when I called with concerns and told the receptionist to tell me he was too busy to talk to me. I had to wait and get in with a new podiatrist who was shocked at his lack of professionalism and abilities as the wound was never going to heal without antibiotics. He is completely out of touch with current practices ranging from up to date medical procedures to competent front office staff with current technology. Time to put this old dog out to pasture.

I had a great experience regarding a deep, painful, stubborn wart. Dr. Gauntt was very friendly and knowledgeable on the options I had available to me. His assistant, Dolores, was a gem and provided many laughs which eased my anxiety about my procedure. I highly recommend this office!
