My family has been using this tax filing service for years. I just dropped in for this years filing and was handed the paperwork by the owner (Darrin). Just as I was about to sign all the paperwork, Darrin glanced at the documents and then refused to file my taxes after noting my name?
Finding this rather odd seeing as I work a government job for a school and I had filed with them the previous year on another simple tax return, naturally I asked for a reason. He spat out a lie. He said that he was suddenly too busy and cannot file my taxes as he swiped the paperwork i was prepared to sign from my hands.
Darrin is a scumbag. Dont expect loyal service. My advice is to stay far away from this guy and his business.

I will never suggest this place to anybody!! Only open few hours a week, don't respond to messages, emails, phone calls. They say our taxes are ready to sign and be filed, yet we still wait. I am buying a home and at the point of closing, my lender needs a copy of my return and they will not respond. I'm also still waiting for my 2021 taxes, again, supposedly completed regarding a trust. I am so frustrated! I will be filing an official complaint. I recommend staying away from this company.

If i could give a 0 i would. Unprofessional, not prepared, lack of communication by Darren Delplache a cpa there.
I have had an appointment since November when we had our first meeting. I came with all my documents, was asked to have the meeting in the lobby and give all social security #s and fill out paperwork. I then asked if we were going to meet in an office,, After all of that I was told they no longer had time to help me, when in November after him being paid he took me on as a client for this tax year.
I have bank statements and receipts from paying him.
