For a month of been a client I didn't receive any leads and their analytical tool doesn't show much views and interest. I think they don't have much traffic on the platform yet. I don't think the Corporate Housing by Owner is a good advertising platform, so I would not recommend this service at least for now.

I rented in Orange,CA for several weeks. We had a wonderful house that met our needs very well. We loved the area and would like to go back. The rental was extremely nice with plenty of space and a beautiful fenced in backyard with gorgeous fruit trees. Mimosas on Sunday every weekend!

As a recent transplant to Denver, we were looking for a short term lease on a fully furnished house in a good neighbourhood. Most apartment communities in the vicinity either don't do short term leases or are not furnished. This property is in a safe locality for families, has good walking trails, park and an indoor garage which was perfect for winters. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. It has all the utensils, spice rack, kitchen appliances, mugs, baking utilities, etc. Whatever you need, they have stocked it already. The internet speed was good and reliable and the house comes with electricity and trash included. Everything in the condo was new like sheets, napkins, comforters, rugs, etc. The condo has all the latest electronic equipments like TV, smart lights, sound speakers, microwave, ovens, etc. The TV even has netflix, prime subscription provided by the owner. The rooms are spacious with huge master room closet, storage areas and is kept clean. There is also an outdoor furnished patio with plenty of natural light which we didn't use much because of winters. The owner is very friendly and helped us a lot during our initial move. The leasing agents are also friendly, would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to live in a luxurious furnished condo.
