They are only getting 1 star because I had to give at least 1 to start a review sent payment through western union the charged me nearly 69 dollars to expedite it didnt post till 6 days later which SLS gets confirmation of certified funds so they gave me a 30 day late on my credit say they dont count weekends but they docked me 30 day late on a weekend stay away from this company there reviews speak volumes STAY AWAY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you attempt biweekly payments, they will hold your money in a separate account, collecting interest for themselves until they have the full amount. However, their system is so outdated, that it doesnt properly apply the payments once they have the full funds and then marks you delinquent even if youve paid in full before the due date. The only way to fix it is to call them and jump through hoops to get a real person on the phone. Which you will have to do every month. They dont allow biweekly payments to go through immediately unless you pay 3 months ahead, all at once - per their own customer service. It has been a complete nightmare and I only started my loan (unwillingly - my mortgage was sold to them) in December/January. I cannot wait to refinance and get out of their clutches. I cannot think of a worse mortgage company. No wonder theyre in constant litigation.
