Worst maintenance in highland park. We needed an A/C Unit because ours was faulty, in July we were told they ordered a new one for us and to wait a couple of weeks. Now in October and nothing, called the leasing office and even they were confused, saying "he didnt install it yet?". Maintenance has no sense of organization, they will tell you that they will do something that day or week, but their word means absolutely nothing. Many other maintenance complaints under the reviews, do your re-search before signing your lease here, we regret moving here and cannot wait for our lease to be up and move out.

We lived here one year and wish we left sooner. We would not use the laundry facilities because there were roaches everywhere, dead and alive. Maintenance was horrific on many levels. We almost never called because of how unprofessional they were. When it snowed and we needed it to be removed it was more like us asking for a kidney. Our car was towed despite having a sticker. When we got our deposit refund, there were such ridiculous charges and when we asked about them, we were told too bad basically. From the moment we made it clear to one of the maintenance workers that there was no romantic interest, we had trouble. Dont move here unless you want to lose money and get a headache.
