        It started snowing on Saturday afternoon, it's now Monday at 11:00 a.m. We still have not had any snow removal. We live in an apartment complex, we've had about 10"-12" of snow since Saturday, our walkways are completely covered and we are sharing shovels to dig our cars out of the parking lot. I called Snow & Ice and he told me that they've been out here several times, that is a complete lie, anything that is shoveled at this point, we all did ourselves. I told him that was NOT true, and he hung up on me. Real professional. Our elderly residents especially thank you. Who acts like that? And a business no less?!

        DO NOT HIRE THIS "COMPANY". Pure trash. I live in an apartment complex and this 3 or 4 person crew failed miserably. 2 people with shovels and a broken down truck. Sidewalks and parking lots are a disaster and I plenty of pictures to prove as well. Zero stars if I could. UPDATE: 1 week later and still a disaster.
