I got home on a Friday night to no running water, called and spoke with Bob who was able to get my problem solved that same night. Highly recommend this company and appreciate their above and beyond customer service.

Water was bubbling up out of the ground. We had a leak between the well and the tank. Called several companies and were told they didn't have staff to send out. One company even said I would have to do all the digging if and when they did have staff. That was lucky for me because North Florida Water Systems came out and had no staffing problems. They did everything needed to repair the leak. They kept me updated on exactly what was being done and what needed to be done. They even found some very old rusty patches and replaced the pipe with the current leak and the old patches with a new section. Now I won't have future problems with that section of pipe. I was amazed at the professional service. I am very impressed with this company. Couldn't have been better.
