Horrible Customer Experience.  My Kitchen was installed by Cambridge.  Called them 10 times in last 2 months (Once every week) to speak about getting a replacement refrigerator panel and was told that my number was passed on to someone else who would need to call me back.  No one from the company has ever called back.  The receptionist even said I gave your number to them not sure why no one has contacted you.  It obvious why...the company sucks and only wants big jobs.  They do not want to be bothered with maintenance of their work.  Worst customer service ever.  Will never use them again.  Zero stars!!!

Purchased a 1.5 million dollar home that Cambridge did the cabinets in . I called about two replacement doors and was told they do not do small work and can not help me . More or less they will take a 100,000 to do your kitchen but dont bother them after ! The guy I spoke to was rude and told me sorry they cant help me . I contacted some one else and they are going to try and color match . Needless to say there is a lot of great cabinet makers out there just do your research and remember you get what you pay for ! Stay as far away from Cambridge as you can !!!!!!!!!!!!
