image With a team as knowledgeable as JR Dula, Sherman Powell and Stephen Marsh choosing the right vehicle is much easier. These guys are all pros and they stand behind their products and promises. Anyone can sell you a vehicle, that transaction is short and sometimes fueled by emotion but it takes high quality character to continually stand by the product after. image After two visits to the Hickory Everett for the same issue with my Cadillac, I was told it was fixed. So three days later I take my Cadillac on vacation with my family, only to get out of state and have the SAME issue happen again. I ended up having to take it to a Chevrolet dealership in Georgia for a THIRD time. Spent an insane amount of money on a golf cart for transportation around the island as the GA Chevrolet dealership didnt have loaner cars. My issue with Everett is simple, the communication between mechanic, service associate, and management is abysmal. I was given conflicting information, that is, when I could actually speak with someone. Many times I was told, someone will call you back, only to end with me having to call back hours later as nobody had bothered to contact me. This seemed to improve slightly after I called and expressed my dissatisfaction to management and even got upset to the point of crying. Also, I cant understand why Cadillac is making cars that their certified mechanics, and even lead mechanics cant fix. Several times now I have taken a Cadillac to this same shop with issues they were unable to fix. And now its affecting me while Im on vacation. Its very disheartening to pay the price for a Cadillac, only to have it sit in a shop for weeks on end with no solution. Im extremely disappointed in the service I received and I will never purchase another car from Everett Chevrolet.
