        they will give you the runaround transfer you to different representatives all who will give you different information.  Go with another auto insurance better.

        Progressive has to be the worst insurance on the planet! My car broke down and I'm literally waited 3 hours for roadside assistance and nothing! Still here waiting!! I cancelled the tow and called my own tow truck for less money.  Costumer service was horrible and unhelpful- cancelling my policy tomorrow.  I've never been so upset with a service in my my life. I definitely would never recommend this insurance to anyone!
