Very stupid services they are rendering..... I hate the way they do

After living at various Graham properties since 2002 I am thoroughly disappointed. After 21 years I moved to Chicago Illinois on May 5th 2023. Here we are on June 8th 2023 and I have still not received my deposit back! For 21 years I paid my rent on time and was a great tenant. This is how they treat those who patronize them. I lived at Meadow Walk, Fountain House, Bull Run all over the course of 2 decades. Beware of corporations that only care about the last penny they made. Be wise where you rent.

I lived in this community for 4 years and I had a very good experience. I moved out at the end of January and they now want to charge me 755 usd for what they say is a damaged kitchen counter and it is only defaced due to washing for over 2 years we lived here while any reasonable person can see this is normal wear and tear. I don't know whether this is typical corporate greed or Graham residential have unscrupulous employees who are stealing from tenants. I have attached the photo of the counter so that any reasonable person can see that this is totally unwarranted and it shows that they would only need to replace the mica which costs 6 usd per square foot in home depot. Hope there is someone who can help.

I currently rent my office from the Graham Companies. It has been a pleasure dealing with all the staff there. They really care about their tenants and make it a wonderful experience. We are also very pleased with how well they maintain the building and we they make sure we are happy at all times.
