The Gallery Apartments

I just can not give this place a good review. Its okay at best. What makes this awful is the management company. They are unresponsive and ignore issues and concerns. They have this attitude like you are putting them out. The Manager is condescending and incredibly rude to tenants. He will bold face lie to your face. They will lie and manipulate facts to avoid providing you with the standard of cleanliness and functionality that was promised when you rented. They raise the rent every year and refuse to do any fixes or replacements as needed. I have a unit that faces into the interior of the building not the streets. I have had multiple items stolen from my deck including a privacy screen. Not sure how that was pulled off pretty bold. For what you pay a month for a few hundred more and you literally could get a 2 bedroom house. The rents are obnoxious for the amenities and poor management. The plumbing issues are constant. The Maintenance department is great. Best people here and help as much as they can. I would talk to the people that actually live here before making a decision. Fingers crossed upper management takes out complaints seriously and fixes the issues here. Please keep mind the older reviews were under the previous management company. They were amazing.

I wrote a negative review and I think management/corporate deleted it. Don't believe anyone who gives this place 5 stars. The management is abysmal.

I lived here for 3 years - while the location is amazing, the staff are in large unhelpful. They play favorites and offer different leases to certain community members. Parties go on at all hours of the day and when you do move out the management no longer take your calls and withhold your security deposit. I did enjoy most of my time there, but was left with such a bitter taste when it came time to move out. Don't be fooled by the location, do your due diligence before signing on.

I have lived here for the past five years. The complex has really gone down no hot water, random people walking around. My lease was up and I regret not moving. Ever since Alex the building manager before left there is not much positive to say about this place. It's overall disappointing.
