I lived here for 3 years - while the location is amazing, the staff are in large unhelpful. They play favorites and offer different leases to certain community members. Parties go on at all hours of the day and when you do move out the management no longer take your calls and withhold your security deposit.
I did enjoy most of my time there, but was left with such a bitter taste when it came time to move out. Don't be fooled by the location, do your due diligence before signing on.

I have lived here for the past five years. The complex has really gone down no hot water, random people walking around. My lease was up and I regret not moving. Ever since Alex the building manager before left there is not much positive to say about this place. It's overall disappointing.

Easily one of the friendliest apartment buildings I've ever lived in. The staff is amazing, maintenance actually cares about fixing things, it's super close to the beach and very affordable. The day to day here is great, it's very quite, lots of walkable parks for the dogs, tons to do very close by and a great parking garage. Couldn't ask for more.

Lived here for over 3 years and wish I could have stayed longer; honestly my favorite place I've ever lived. The community and staff both have great people. Property management was always extremely fair and accommodating throughout my time and maintenance was speedy and effective. Zero complaints from me regarding all of their service. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the location is great. I only left because I relocated for work, but Playa Pacifica and Hermosa Beach made it a very difficult decision to make.
