If i could rate them any lower i would. I'm pretty sure all the medical businesses are affiliated.
I come on Vacation to Hendersonville and I needed an oxygen concentrator. I thought it would be no problem. I have a prescription and I have blue cross. But all these oxygen places would not give me oxygen. I even had blue cross call for me because it was emergency because I needed to breathe. I had my doctor call them. It's still didn't matter no oxygen bluecross could not believe what was going on. I offered to private pay? I tried everything I could.
Twelve days later still no response. I had to go buy one outright. What kind of operation are you all running?

The staff there at Ed Medical are always friendly and very professional. Amy is very helpful and makes sure that our patients get the DME that they need.

I was in Ed Medical this past week and they are remodeling I thought the showroom was good but now it's going to be Great! Looking forward to going back after finished as my Mom is in need of support stocking.

Was looking for replacement tires for my wifes wheelchair and I couldnt find those tires or anyone in the Nashville area that did that type of work until someone referred me to them. Like everything these days, they are having a heck of a time getting tires and the ones I could find on line were not the correct tire. Supply shortage problems are here like everywhere else. So the folks at Southern Medical found me a couple of take off wheels just like the ones on my wheelchair that had like new tires on them and sold them to me at a very nice price. Stephen and Scott, and the ladies at the front desk, thanks. You sure made my wifes day.
