Tennessee Pediatrics

My children see Dr Moore and Dr Johnson. They are PHENOMENAL! They listen to our worries and never just dismiss them. They are thorough and take time with each child. Absolute best pediatricians!

I have gone to this place for about 9 or 10 years. The staff is always nice, and Dr. Lund is a Saint. Even when having to use all of the other Dr's they are always kind and helpful. They take their time and answer any and all questions that you need. Love this place, don't let the other reviews fool you. There are wonderful doctors here!

This is pretty terrible. I have called 6 times today, and no answer. Finally spoke to someone said she cannot change my pharmacy info. Need to transfer to nurses line and then got disconnected, call back several times after and no answer. I can hear them picking up and and putting me hold but will not say hello can I help you! Wow is this so unprofessional.

These three stars are for Dr. Holzen. She is patient, friendly, kind and with great bed side manners. I also feel welcome, heard and like she knows my kids personally. However, whoever checks the messages is rude, unprofessional and short. Messages arent signed by who wrote them, lack any kind of grammar, and no common courtesy. The front staff is usually friendly but also not always approachable and outgoing. Last, I have not seen many medical apps that dont allow me to send pictures but its annoying that Healow doesnt have this. It seems the provider may have turned it off? My child doesnt always need to be seen in person for you to let me know hes fine or not or if its an urgent visit especially without other symptoms. Im not expecting a diagnosis and medication just because you saw a picture! I realize he needs to be seen for that.
