I was basically refused service because I did not know the dimensions of my hot tub filter but I did have a picture of it. I asked her if she could grab a couple filters and let me try to determine which one it would be....their is only one of three that it could be but she refused to go get them and said she had to have dimensions. I was going to buy all of my hot tub chemicals etc from here but not now. I will go to Pool and Spa Depot before I spend my money here where they do not like to help you.i will also be putting a review on the BBB website.

It was 46 years ago I installed a16 x 32 Oval pool kit . I have installed my 5th liner in it now and it is a flawless pool to this day . I would recommend Fox and command them for their product
