I had a terrible time with the U-Haul app and online service about my trailer reservation, was not able to look it up in my email or app. I called U-Haul and it was useless. So made another reservation, went to that store and they didnt have it but sent me to another store. This place had the item but not all the lights were working and they didnt help me fix it. On my way back home confused as to what to do as I had a roughly 1000 mile drive and didnt want to risk driving with family with the turning indicator and brake light not working. Store suggested calling U-Haul. On my drive home, Jim Campen store called me and asked me about my reservation and I explained the whole thing. They asked me to drop by and said will try to help me and they did, they fixed The lights and got me out without any delay and to my surprise at no additional cost. Truly nice and helpful folks.
