Wow sooo Good to finally be back in the studio! Class was exceptional Our Amazing instructor Kiera was at the top of her game as usual. Her knowledge, attention to detail and expertise makes each session Interesting challenging and super FUN! The studio is pristine, safe and wonderful. Glad to finally feel alive again. Bodies by Pilates is unlike any other studio. The equipment is state of the art, the space is tranquil and serene which adds to the flow of the workout which has truly transformed my mind body and soul. This is definitely my Happy Place XOXO Judyann
