Two recent visits have been disastrous. Two month ago, in for a routine service, they didn't close the oil cap tight enough, and the car leaked oil all over my garage. Today, for a stuck tailgate (hatch), they claimed they need to hold the car for *three days*, and then, *maybe* they will let me know what the problem is. I will be taking my service elsewhere from now on.
