I dont know what was worse the bad attitude or the ignorance of this people my only advice is to try to find a real mechanic and avoid this place

If not for the extraordinary service by DJ and Vinny this would likely have been a 3 star review. Though probably not PepBoys fault, there were constant delays due to incorrect parts and quantities being delivered, however I could tell DJ was genuinely pulling out every stop he could to get me out of there. Thanks to the resourcefulness and ingenuity of DJ and Vinny I was able to get home after being stranded for 3 days.
