Had an appointment today for an estimate between noon & 1, showed up 30 minutes early. Didn't ring the doorbell but pounded on the door. I was just getting out of the shower so couldn't get there fast enough to answer. Got to door as he was driving away. No phone call before leaving. No answer to my phone call, still no return call almost 2 and a half hours later... plus not sure why the company has 2 names? Obviously not thrilled.

We are extremely happy with the work and overall experience, Jebb and Ralph went above and beyond for us! Not only did they take down our old patio within a couple of hours and install beautiful new ones in there place but they cleaned everything up along the way. Super professional and incredibly friendly!
