We needed a service call about 2 years after it was installed and the Tech came out right away and the owner Kevin followed up to make sure everything was good and taken care of. Update: Chance knows his stuff! We've struggled a bit with our new heating system. He shows up on time he's friendly & super knowledgeable. Thank you for your patience with us! Chad, Darren & Caleb were amazing to work with! The office staff was friendly and responsive! They showed up when they said they would, returned calls and gave us an estimate right away. We highly recommend them!

I cant say enough about intermountain. I had a furnace go out in -30F temps while I was out of town. Chad and his team brought over space heaters and did everything they could to keep the house from freezing up. They got a new furnace installed within a day or two and its been working great since. Cant thank Chad enough for his time and effort. I will never work with anyone other than intermountain. Thoroughly impressed.

Communicative, timely, professional, motivated, passionate and highly skilled. This describes everyone having a hand in replacing our old furnace with high energy efficient model. Everyone from the person providing the bid to installing the units as well as the office staff were professional, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. They took time to explain everything and answer our questions. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch. We appreciate your expertise and dedication to customer service.
