I give this store so low because I bought some items that was on sale but Gloria the manager on duty failed to put my watch in the bag which was a Mother's Day gift for my mother who has cancer and she really did like that watch. I went back the next day & she claims she had to put it in the bag because it's not on the counter where she checked me out & she didn't put anything up the day I purchased my items but she was going to call the main office to have them run the tape. She didn't do anything she said & I end up going back 4 times total for the same problem. I got my Money back thanks to Jackie (manager) but what I really wanted was the watch.
