My experience is more like a secondary source, because first of all, I don't own a house to get appraised and second of all, I don't have a house to get appraised. I have heard from multiple sources(such as neighbors, former teachers, family friends and mentors.) I think that if you try him out, it will be the best for you. He works everything to your schedule, takes your thoughts into account but doesn't go overboard.
He works very hard, and is very efficient about everything that he does. And it gets better folks; he also works for AEP. He is a right of way agent. I know all of this stuff because Brent D. Smith is my dad. And I love him very much. Love you, Dad.
