First Avenue Insurance Services has been excellent at helping up get a new home policy after our policy was not renewed due to fire danger (we live in CA). We worked with William at First Insurance, who was great at letting us know all of our options, and made getting the new policies extremely easy (CA FAIR plan plus additional policy). Also unlike many insurance agents we have dealt with in the past, William was always on top of the details and kept us appraised at ever step. So we highly recommend First Avenue Insurance, and William in particular, if you need a new insurance policy.
