Showed up 45 minutes before closing, employee was no where to be found. Worse we are pretty sure he was in the backroom and knew we were there. You don't get paid to ignore costumers dude

Employee clearly hates his job because the sandwich making area and whole restaurant was disgusting. Wouldnt even grab a new container of shredded cheese or teriyaki chicken because he was about to close even though this location didnt close for almost 1.5 hours. Then when my child and I sat to eat for 5 mins before going into the store, he told us the lobby closed. I confirmed that they didnt close for another hour and a half, but he advised us to leave because he had to clean it. By the time we left Walmart he still hadnt started cleaning. Wont be back.

Nobody in line ahead of us. Took 10-15 minutes to make 1 footlong and two 6in subs. Two teenage boys behind the counter and not a manager in sight. One was head deep under a counter trying to fix something, one took my boyfriends order first, asked me what i wanted, then walked away to loosen something for the other kid under the counter. Eventually the other kid who was under the counter first came and asked what i was getting and made my sandwhiches by the time the other kid was getting ready to ring up my boyfriend for his finished sandwhich. Only 3 of the sodas were working on the fountain machine.

Based on other reviews, it seems like customer service here has improved. We visited from Hawaii and stopped by to pick up some sandwiches before heading out to Silverwood. The boys working behind the counter on July 27, 2023 made sure our sandwiches were exactly how we wanted them. Excellent customer service!
