DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANERS! THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will ruin your items and do so with a terrible attitude without compensating you for it. They ruined my brand new Ugg comforter set. It came out literally burned and frayed! After months of ignored phone calls and texts, Alonso, the least professional business manager I have ever dealt with, offered half of what it cost. I had receipts to prove the cost and gave him everything he asked for. Throughout the whole process he made me jump through hoops and offered me a fake Walmart version of the item. SHADY business here!!BAD BAD BUSINESS. Don't risk your item here!

I have been going to this Cleaners on and off for a year. Good Customer Service, great work but they raised there prices and just expensive.

It's sad that I have to write this review, I was referred to this establishment. I brought in two pairs of pants that needed alterations. I decided to not go to my regular tailer and give this place a shot. Needed pants hemmed and taken out. Came backs to pick them up, the young lady working was very nice, she looked at the previous pants tags to get the info for the new pairs I brought in to get hemmed as well. She noticed it said "waist taken in half inch", I then questioned why in, I remember telling the other young lady I needed a half inch taken out. I tried them on thinking maybe they were taken out. They were not, I couldn't button the pants up. She tried to help fix the situation to make it better "customer service" for the error. Unfortunately a bald gentleman came in who was the supervisor/manager came. He then told me "the receipt said take in, if the receipt didn't say this, I could comp and have it fixed". I honestly thought he was just a deliver guy cause he pulled in with a truck full of clothes. I then just grabbed the items I paid for "$55" and the items I wanted to add. Horrible service and I plan to share this experience with other media platforms.
