        Super easy to get an appointment, got an appt within a week of calling. Easy and supportive experience getting my IUD placed. They play cool music too. Highly recommend!!

        Came here for a life changing procedure with my fiance , and there was music blasting the whole time. You could hear it here before entering the office which threw us off immediately. Given that this was a serious moment in our lives we didnt understand why we felt like we were in a club. I could barely comfort hear over the music or hear myself think. You Never know what people are feeling in these moments. Thought it would be a more serious environment given the circumstances of our visit. At least turn it down.

        Getting an appointment has been next to impossible. Your trans health care was stellar at first, but my partner has been without his prescription since November as every appointment hes made has been cancelled on your end and every rescheduled appointment after the fact has also been canceled by you. Please do better for your clients

There are already many barriers to accessing these medications, and we do not want to be one of them.
