Best Western Premier University Inn

Filthy with disgusting mildew in bathroom in multiple places, hair in many areas of bathroom, low water pressure spraying onto ceiling, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month or more. Pullout sofa bed very uncomfortable for our petite daughter. Was beyond unacceptable for $208 for which we paidshouldnt have even been $40. This hotel needs new management ASAP. Front desk employee, Angela, was appalled at pics of room I provided. She asked for copies to share with management and was very apologetic. She said there was no excuse for the condition of this room. Thank you, Angela, for your kindness and customer service! You were the only postive aspect during our one night stay. I am sorry you have to deal with such issues at your place of employment. I hope things improve! Best Western, hope you can turn things around urgently!

If I could give -1 star I would. Not willing to work with travelers. Many other places in the area to stay that will actually treat you with respect and hospitality.

Horrible kept room. Our room was clearly not cleaned well. Used cigarette on the floor mold around tub. Manager offered $15 off our stay and didnt really seem bothered by hearing of the incident.

Me and my wife travel together on business, this is the only hotel that if you need to change anything on the nightly invoice they refuse to do so. The manager is very rude, and refuses to acknowledge any thing you ask. At the moment they are having a parking lot war with the business next door, so your car may or may not get towed in the back. I have stayed here since it was new . The ladies working the desk are great, but beyond that management is horrible. I stay at Hotels 30 + nights a year . This will not be one in the future. Management is horrible! Patel owned. The manager even hung up on my request, and wouldnt hear my complaint in full. I will stay some where else in town due to how they treat people. Rude,Rude !
