        They had a 5 star review from me after my experience of buying my sled. Since then they worked on my sled and my Arctic Cat Brand tunnel bag fell off during the first ride out. I know they had the bag off to access the battery but I wasn't smart enough to make sure they had the cam locks secured properly. Now I'm out a $200 bag and $400+ worth of gear. Picture of my dad's sled with the same bag I lost and my sled with the undamaged locking mechanism which proves it was not secured properly.
