        Repeat Customer - excellent tree removal services but landscaping services were very disappointing. Communication was a major problem! I requested written estimates and was informed that they don't give itemized costs. The agreed upon cost changed several times (materials and services). Even when presented with the MANY text messages as proof, the owner (Julia) would not accept accountability. At the end of my project I had to withhold final payment in order for them to "complete" what was agreed upon. Things turned sour which was unfortunate. GET IT IN WRITING! and don't pay until everything is surveyed and COMPLETED (to what was agreed)!! The finished landscaping was done exceptionally well but the communication process throughout and costs changes throughout has ended our relationship with this company.
