If I could give 0 stars I would. None of the staff were friendly or nice. Dr Banks talked to me and my mother in a degrading tone and asked me why I was self diagnosing when I was simply explaining my symptoms and my mothers medical history that related to these symptoms. She did the most to prove every symptom I told her i had would have nothing to do with what I THOUGHT was wrong with me. I never diagnosed myself or said I knew what was wrong (hence the whole reason I was there was to find out what was wrong from a doctor!). She proceeded to tell me that all of my symptoms were to be expected since I am "48 years old going through menopause..." I politely told her I am 19 years old. She had been looking at the wrong chart the entire time and offered no apology or sympathy. While it may be a mistake, regardless of my age, I do not look anywhere near 48 and you should never talk to any patient in the way she did. Dr Banks was blatantly rude and had me near crying and considering walking out of the clinic because of how she spoke to me. It takes one look at a patient to notice they are 19 not 48 years old. Her attitude only changed once she realized she made a mistake but even following that she was not professional or friendly.

Was not satisfied at all with the overall treatment the Dr didn't really care to much what I was saying and when I didn't need any test ran I was charged 200 dollars to wait in the office for 25 mins I called my insurance company and they added a scan that I never had done had to call the main office to get it taken care of never going back
