Just bought a Yachtmaster II and worked with Josh. He was great to work with, very responsive to my questions. I was a bit worried about spending this much money online without seeing the watch but looking at the reviews the company has made me feel more comfortable. Josh made the process easy and the watch was delivered to my house next day. Was such an easy, smooth process I purchased another watch from him the following week. Don't hesitate to do business with this company. One thing I will add that I noticed while researching this company. Look closely at all reviews...Every review is 5 star other than a few select 1 star ones. I run a business in sales myself and know firsthand that you cannot and will not please everyone. We live in an entitled world now and those that don't agree with the truth will go out of their way to bash you online. The fact that other than the select few 1 star reviews there isn't a review less than 5 stars tells just how good this company treats their customers. A+++ business in my opinion...thanks again!

My late husband purchased a pair of $3,000 diamond studs from this shop for me just about five years ago. I even have the appraisal certificate they provided me listing them at this price. I recently went in to sell them back to the store and the sales person told me how awful the quality of diamond was and couldnt believe it came from their shop. They paid me out $500 for the earrings. Very unhappy as the original rep I thought was a friend of mine.

I have used Greg and his staff at Tarrytown Jewelers for Breitling watch servicing (which is fast and reasonable),Jewelry appraisal, and valuation and sizing of some of my wifes pieces. A real straight shooter and honest businessman.Highly recommended.
