Do yourself a favor. Shop somewhere else for your next ladder. I bought a 28ft type II aluminum louisville  ladder. It was as heavy as a werner type 1. Lighter duty rating but not lighter in weight! The owner lied in the store when he told me the brands were exactly the same and sold me an inferior ladder. Im interested in production and  when something is 20ft above your head extra weight slows you down. His webite is also.wrong and doesnt match  louisvilles specs. My son realized he was wrong so I brought the ladder back to get the right ladder.  He told me he wouldnt do anything if there was a single spec of dirt on it. He then got in my face and started screaming. He called me an idiot many times  and  told me that I was too weak to be a painter. He told me his website was right and my printout  from louisville was wrong. When I told him I was leaving a bad review he started mocking me and flailing his arms and told me he didnt care about reviews. He kicked me out of his store and told me if I didnt leave immediately he would call the police. Im going somewhere else to buy the rest of my ladders.
