        Order was wrong and when I called the manager she was short, rude, and not very sincere. I was there in less than 10 minutes to get order corrected and was met with a frown. The manager was again rude, would not apologize for the mess up and already had my sandwich ready when I walked in and when I asked about the rest of the order she made it obvious that she was being bothered. The other employee told me he was just there to look pretty.

        Curly fries were fresh and good. Roast beef piled high on the bun and that horsey sauce is great. Good experience.

        4 Arby's RB for $10 was a great deal, in fact every time we run to the City we always have to stop by Arby's in Harrisonville and bring home 4 RB sandwiches for $10 ! In fact, we came home with 8 sandwiches for our neighbors who watched Tux and Kota ! Yes, Tux and Kota had an RB sandwich too ! Thanks again, Heather Cruz, Mgr for always making sure our order is correct ! Kudos to you and your staff ! Yummy . We'll definitely be back soon !
