      image I was hoping to go in as a new patient. The lady who answered the phone couldn't get off the phone fast enough after telling me I'd have to come in to fill out the paperwork today and would have to wait for 2 weeks to be seen. I get that there may be a wait, but being rude on the phone, not so much.

      image As a professional in this community, I feel terrible for anyone that has to go to this clinic for care. Medical staff need CEUs in basic sensitivity and diversity. Horrible authoritarian care based on churning money. Unethical abuse of power. Go anywhere else! Quality of care, value based care, preventative care, functional care do NOT exist with anyone who practices here. Students beware!
