I purchased 3 pairs of UA slides from the foot locker website as they were on sale. This was the first time I had ever purchased anything from foot locker. Despite my order being over $50 and having created an account, shipping was still charged. A month later, the same slides were on sale from UA for $15 less a pair. The foot locker website charges for all mail returns, so I went in to the store as that would be a free return. At first, the store was only going to give me store credit. This then turned into refusing to take them at all because they wouldnt scan and the associate claimed they didnt stock them. I literally hadnt even opened the shipping box until I got into the store, so the slides were all brand new/bagged with the receipt. They wouldnt even just return them and ship them back to their distributer like any other place that doesnt stock the item anymore. I dont know of any other retail store that operates this way in 2022. The associates just chuckled at my frustration. This was a mistake and I guess this is why Ive never gotten anything from foot locker before. Wont make it again
