Down to earth, straight to business, upfront, honest, helpful, fast, informal, polite, and capable. These are just some of the qualities that I really appreciated during my first experience with Tims tires. From the receptionist to the tech, sale to installation, everyone was just so helpful. Not like big chain tire places where you have to hand off your keys and wait for 3 hours while people sit around, at Tims you buy your tires and immediately drive your own car around to one of the several bays and you are directed in by one of the techs. You hop out and they hop to work. Had my tires mounted, balanced, and installed in under half an hour. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. Theres no vanilla-scented corporate advertising designed waiting room to sit and try not to stare awkwardly at the person across from you. Youre free to walk around, speak with the crew, and just be. They do a wide variety of new and used tires. While I was there, I saw big rigs, trailers, tractors, trucks, and even small cars being serviced. I ended up with a set of all terrains for my 3/4 ton truck. If you like the urban tire shop vibe with full service and clean comfortable couches to sit in the ac and have your feet rubbed and sip a mochacciato-latte while you wait for hours and literally get older.Tims may not be for you. But if you need no-nonsense fast quality tire work.I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for my next set. Thanks, guys and gals.
