        UPDATE- I have been in contact with the manager and they are going to see if this can be fixed. Do NOT shop at CROSSROADS!! We bought a refrigerator from Crossroads approximately 2 or so years ago. We have purchased many appliances from them over the years. But after this experience I will never go back. And I am now an advocate against purchasing from them. Within the first month our ice maker went. Turns out there was a leak in the hose and it was freezing the water in a huge sheet down the back of the freezer. According to the employees I was lucky they could even fix it due to the backorder of parts. They were the rudest people/employees I have ever encountered. We now have a broken ice maker again, not to mention the other repairs we made over the years. This has been a lemon since the day we bought it. Im sure the owner of this once lovely local shop would not be happy. Im sad that big box Costco treats me better than my home town shop.
