Mobile Deposit for business account says that the check is not properly endorsed, even though it is properly endorsed. I have a stamp that I use specifically for mobile deposits. Sometimes it accepts the check with no problem but usually it says that it is not endorsed correctly, and I have to keep retrying it, until finally it will go through, or I give up and go to bank to deposit. Sometimes it is when I try it again the next day. There are times that I have just mobile deposited in another bank, because it is easier, and I'm fed up. I have tried numerous times to get help from OPNB, but you cannot get anyone in mobile banking. When I have spoken to someone about it, they can tell that the check is properly endorsed but don't know why there is an issue. I have been told that they will check with someone about it and call me back several times but have never been called back. I am also having a problem with my personal checking account. My payroll checks that used to post on Wednesday (payday) around midnight (or earlier), now are still shown as pending on Wednesday evenings. Called to question why that is happening and again was not called back. The tellers in the bank have all been great but there is nothing that they can do in these situations and there is no clear number that you can call for help with mobile banking or deposit issues.
